By booking or using services provided by Roman Sounds, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Roman Sounds provides professional DJ and entertainment services for weddings, private events, corporate functions, and special occasions.
Booking & Payment
- A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your event date
- Final payment is due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated in your agreement
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details and timeline
- Ensure access to power and performance space
- Maintain a safe environment for equipment and performance
Performance Conditions
Roman Sounds reserves the right to cease performance if conditions become unsafe or violate agreed terms.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, all payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability.
Liability
Roman Sounds is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, venue restrictions, or acts of God.
Media Release
Roman Sounds may capture photos or video for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Agreement
These terms are in addition to your signed event agreement and serve as general website terms.
